I am in the process of building up a jira structure that will be interfaced with a couple people whom have never used jira. I would like to make the process as minimal as possible. I have been able to minimize a lot of the options that would just be distractions for them. What I would like to do is prevent the user from removing the attachment in the Configure Fields box. Preventing them from accidentally creating a custom setting that would removed there ability to insert an attachment would be idea.
I am acting as an admin but we are using a server at a coworkers house so I am unsure how to use the scripting suggestions I have seen other suggest that would remove the Configure Fields button.
Also, I would like to minimize options like preventing the "Reports" "Release" and other buttons from being available.
