I have the following situation that needs to be resolved.
We have exported the tickets from an older Redmine version to a local Jira Software installation. From there, we migrated the export to the cloud.
Now we have noticed that in some tickets where ":(" appears in the description, a sad smiley (:disappointed:) is displayed.
Is there a way to change this at once, or does it have to be changed manually?
You could reimport the issues to update the descriptions after first removing the "(:".
That is not so easy.
It is part of an Error-message.
on the other side, I don't know if it is the only ticket with this Smiley

Indeed not easy but easier in Excel than within the Jira app I think.
