Preserving Ranks while importing from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud using CSV

Trying to import JIRA Issues from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud using CSV. Fetching issues from JIRA Server using APIs, transforming and Exporting to CSV. Already including fields, Rank and Global Rank during Import. After import in the backlog the issues seem to be ordered by issue Type instead of Rank. Also checked the Board Filter, it uses ORDER By Rank ASC. Any help is appreciated. Read through other posts but the suggestions did not help resolve the issue.

Further updates: Did a data dump of Ranks of Issues from both JIRAs ... They do not match ... The destination JIRA has Ranks like "2|i00jav:" ... All of the ranks begin with "2| ..." Whereas in the source JIRA ranks are like "1|i00pmc:" ... All of the ranks begin with "1| ..."
