Summary
Predefined checkboxes in paragraph fields render as bullets when an issue is created from a board, but appear correctly as checkboxes when created using the global “+Create” button.

I set up Custom field: "My Field Name" (paragraph type, configured with predefined checkbox items in Default Text)
Steps to reproduce:
- In the project’s Work Type configuration, create a paragraph field (e.g., “My Field Name”) and add default text containing task list syntax, such as:
[ ] Action Item 1
[ ] Action Item 2
[ ] Action Item 3
[ ] Action Item 4
[ ] Action Item 5
Save the work type configuration so that all new Tasks include this paragraph field prefilled with those checkboxes.
From the top navigation, click +Create and create a new Task in the Project space.
Now, open the project board and use the +Create button at the bottom of a column to create another Task of the same type.
- In the resulting issue, the same “My Custom” field displays the predefined action items as bulleted list items, not checkboxes.
Expected Result
Predefined checkboxes in paragraph fields should render consistently as checkboxes across all issue creation methods (global and board-level).
Actual Result
When created via the board’s inline “+Create” modal, predefined paragraph field checkboxes are converted to plain bullet points. When created via the global “+Create” form, the checkboxes render correctly.
