Pre-upgrade checklist for Jira v7.3.7 to 8.5.4

Hello.. since there is no pre-upgrade tool with Jira v7.3.7, any suggestions to on how to run pre-upgrade checklist from v7.3.7 to v8.5.4? Thanks

Thanks but that did not help. I was looking for pre-upgrade planning tool (see below)

Unfortunately, this tool is not available for v7.3.7. You should have v7.4.3 or later
