During our migration from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud, we encountered an error at the Pre-migration Checks step in App Assessment:
“Some apps marked as ‘Needed in cloud’ on your server are out of date.”
According to the attached screenshot, the system indicates that we need to upgrade Elements Connect from our current version 7.3.6 to 7.4.0.
However, when checking the Atlassian Marketplace listing for Elements Connect, we cannot find version 7.4.0. The available versions appear to be:
7.3.5
7.3.6
8.0.0
8.0.1
Could you please confirm which version of Elements Connect we should upgrade to in order to successfully pass the Pre-migration Checks in App Assessment?
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Best is to get in contact with the support department of Elements Connect app.
They should be able to provide you with guidance, and they might need to contact Atlassian on this.

yep, @Thao NGUYEN THI THU , @Marc -Devoteam- have Right.
If you have any doubts, Contact with Support.
Current server version: Elements Connect 7.3.6
“Server version with migration path”: Elements Connect 7.4.0
And it’s warning that without that “migration path” version, the app won’t be considered eligible for automated migration.
What this usually means in practice:
That “7.4.0” value comes from the app’s migration compatibility metadata used by the migration assistant / app assessment. If the Marketplace doesn’t offer 7.4.0 anymore (and you only see 7.3.6 and then 8.0.x), then the check is effectively pointing to a version that’s not publicly available (or a version line that was skipped/withdrawn/renamed).
Best Practice Can only provide you Vendor this APP.
