I'm using the Power BI Connector Pro for Jira in a test environment, for 10 users, and I'm able to access my project's items and display them on my Power BI report. When I am. The connector works fine and fetches all the data I've configured in my Connector URL, but only sometimes. Most times, it fetches data for some tables and not for the other ones. I have to keep trying and refreshing the report again and again, hoping all data is loaded.
I managed to build a report for my data, and we are really considering paying for the add-in in a production environment, with up to 100 users, but this behavior makes it hard to trust the tool will work reliably for our larger projetcs.
So, my question is: can we trust the add-in will work with the paid version? Or is this behavior just a bug we are supposed accept in it?
