We have a client with 50-60 employee, they are using MS Teams. Our supporters are Guests in a Teams channel, named Support. We are using Jira for support tickets. (So Teams is licenced by the Client Company, Jira is licenced by the Supporter Company.)
Is it possible for a Client User to post a new Issue Ticket with Teams to our Jira? They don't need to do anything with the Ticket, only to create it. We don't need to tag the exact user as reporter on the Ticket.
Do we need an extra Jira or Teams licence?
