Post Function Options Showing Differently Between 2 Different Workflows

I seem to running into an issue of where when certain workflows are created, the post functions screen will appear differently . The second image is how we want it to appear but sometimes workflows appear like the first image. What triggers Jira to show these different views? Any insights would be appreciated!

This is actually a known bug, because of a behaviour of Jira Software generated workflows.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This looks like your workflows are choosing to use two different post-function types.

Try editing them both, and look closely at the names of the selected functions for each. Are they identical?
