Possible to ask a user to fill in a custom field from an e-mail ?

Hi there !

We are currently improving the way we manage our internal trainings records in my company.

Basically, we will have one Jira task ticket by trainee and by training. This task will pass through different status, workflow up and running already.

Whenever a training as been followed by a user, I would like automation :

1. To send an email to the user, asking him to evaluate the training he just followed

2. To insert a custom field in the mail body.  This custom field is a select list (single choice) showing an appreciation scale from 1 to 5.

3. To ask the user to evaluate his training within the mail.  This implies that the 5 possibilities or rating should be displayed in the may body, and that the user could make his selection without having to quit his email.

4. To catch the user selection and save it in the task ticket.

Is this possible ?  Any help would be highly appreciated.

This is not possible in out-of-box JSM solution. 
You should check if there is any add-on solution for that.
