There is the chance to limit what information can be viewed by different users.
However, if on a meeting I am sharing my screen and want to discuss about tickets by showing them, the viewer would obviously see all what I have access to and not what (s)he has access to.
Is there a way to temporarily change my access rights, kind of "view as" usage of JIRA so I can log in, however, see and show only parts which are permitted by another limited access?
Thank you in advance
Hi @Agnes Bodor ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!
You can create a dummy account in Jira and grant the same access as user then at the time of meeting you can login via dummy account.
Or else if you have SU plugin then you can easy switch users.

Create a filter with only tickets which other user has to view. Then present that filter when you are in the call.

Hi Riwan,
Thank you for your answer. The problem is not to show only specific tickets, but specific part/fields/content of the ticket
