Portfolio Roadmaps, Kanban and Timeline Structure for Jira

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use the Roadmap view in Jira. I've added my space/project to the app, but my tickets are not showing up in the Roadmap.

Here's my setup:

• My tickets have both Start date and Due date fields filled in

• The dates fall within the time range displayed in the Roadmap view

• The tickets are in the correct project

Despite this, no tickets are displayed on the Roadmap.

What I've already checked:

• Dates are correctly set on the tickets

• The project is added to the Roadmap

• The date range in the Roadmap view covers my ticket dates

Has anyone encountered this issue? What could I be missing?
