i set up a new portfolio plan using an existing project/board in cloud jira. since then it seems to be stuck in loading mode and does not populate my potfolio epics and sub jiras.
has anyone else experienced this? i dont know where to even start whether its my access level, a bad jira?
ironically, other people can see my plan with no issue.
Hi Fatema,
I understand that you are using Portfolio for Jira Cloud around this time, but that you cannot see your own plan. It appears that you created this question right about the time we changed the offering of Portfolio.
Portfolio is now known as Advanced Roadmaps, see also Portfolio for Jira is now Advanced Roadmaps. I can't see anything wrong with your site at this point, but admittedly, I don't have a complete view of it.
I would suggest trying to see if using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox might offer you a different corrected view here. It might also help try to use the incognito/private browsing mode in these browsers to see if perhaps there is a bad cookie/cache that might be causing the problem.
The fact that other users can see this suggests that it might just be your session or possibly your account. But if you can recreate this problem and then try to look at the browsers development tools that can show you the console, this might help to see if perhaps your browser session is getting any errors that might give us a clue as to why the page does not load as you expect here.
If this doesn't help, then you might want to reach out to one of your teammates on the site that has the site-admin role. These users could create a support request on your behalf over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact This is not something that your account can create right no as you are not a site-admin. If you were to try this link, your question would just be redirected here to Community again. But a site-admin can create this support request and could then grant Atlassian support access to the site. That is one way we can try to investigate if the problem is specific to your Jira Cloud site settings in some way.
Try this and let me know if that helps.
Andy
