Popup notifications covering buttons

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hey,
Just noticed today, when popup notifications display in the top right-hand corner of the screen, they cover the usual buttons which are there (Share, Export and a Horizontal Icon button).
Is there a way to change where this popup shows? It would be useful for it to take up some of the other screen real estate above and not cover these buttons.
