We can only use on premise software at my company. We need a solution similar to Product Discovery, and I've figured out how to recreate most of the features in vanilla Jira, one missing is the Insights feature.
We have a couple of different channels, Salesforce and Slack being two of them. Effectively I'd like something that can combine input from these various sources and attach them to Idea tickets so we can track various info/details related to specific requests easily.
Ideally this would mean people in Salesforce could search for/create and idea and then attach custom feedback/comments to it. Slack would be a plugin to forward a message to Jira. Quantifying these automatically would be great too.
Product Board also does this well, but again, no on premise option.
