I noticed last week that I wasn't able to use the Zendesk Plugin in our Jira anymore.
In the ticket I see that I have a Zendesk ticket connected (even though the symbol is broken):
When I try to view the ticket, it gives me back the error you see in the screenshot below:
I then wanted to look at our Plugin config but again I can't even open the app. I get the error you see below.
Is this something local with our integration or is there a general problem? On Zendesk it also tells me the integraiton is broken but since I can't access the Config page I cannot disconnect the app.
Weird, it started working again. So it seems to be resolved now.
