Hi I'm trying to build a Plugin for Jira cloud and want to look at examples from existing Jira cloud plugins but can't seem to find the location to download the plugin source code. Do I need to own any sort of license to download?

Are you actually asking to download the source code for commercial products? Why would they just let you download the source code so you can build it and use it for free?
