Hi!

My jira had a problem on the main screen for some users, locking the screen. I went to the addons part and put it in safe mode to be able to delete such add on. after a while i restarted the jira service because it fell.
after initialization the system returned without the plugin options.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Hi Maicon,

just to be sure: the screenshot you have posted is before the problem occurred or the status after restarting Jira?

In any cases if you suspect Apps to be troubling I'd recommend to first check if Jira is still in safe mode (if the screenshot is after Jira restart is is more likely that UPM is in trouble for some reason as you are not presented with the option in navigation).

A look into log files will also be needed to determine the status of the Apps - there you can easily see if they are failing to start up.

It should be not very hard to pinpoint the reasons for the failures you are experiencing but it your require looking into the details or your instance by checking logs & UPM (after sorting out the reason why it is probably broken right now) which is quite impossible from here by viewing a screenshot.

In case you could provide any more details somebody from Community is more likely able to catch up.

Cheers,
Daniel
