Hi All,
I want to auto-generate tickets as incidents on JIRA which are showing problem in Nagios.
For eg: There is diskspace high alert on Nagios so I need a ticket to be generated in JIRA.
Please help I want to apply it in my Infra.

Firstly welcome to the Atlassian Community.
You have at least two choices open to you in order to integrate and raise tickets.
The easiest is to use one of the Apps from the marketplace see https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=nagios.
From your description it sounds like you want to push incidents in to Jira so it is also worth looking at Nagios extensions such as https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Addons/Components/Nagios-XI--2F-JIRA-Integration-Component/details to see what is the best pre-built option.
Your second choice is to build your own as Jira provides a very powerful API that could be used.
What ever approach you choose I would give a word of caution to think about how significant is an alert to warrant an issue being raised? And have you the capacity to deal with that number of tickets being raised in Jira? You also need to check that alerts are not repeats of ones that are already open.
