Please extend the report extraction deadline

This is the Jira service that our company uses to respond to customer inquiries.

Report data by customer inquiry type cannot be extracted for more than one year.

Although the current Jira service period is less than 2 years,
To ensure that data is extracted for at least 3 years for future data
Can you extend the deadline?

Hi there, I'm not sure I understand the issue, or where the report is coming from, but would it be possible to run a JQL that shows all the tickets that were reported by a customer and that were created in the last 3 years, e.g.:

created < endofYear(-3)
