Please advise how to view others Jira

I need to access to view other's created Jira to watch the status and check know issues.  However, my name cannot be added into watch list even though the ticket creator tried.  The system prompt to say that I don't get any permission.  How can I view all others Jira?

Hi @Midori Nakatani , 

Are you referring to issues or tickets created by other users, if so, then you will need to have the permission on the JIRA projects to view the appropriate project specify tickets created by others. 

You would need Browse projects and Issue Permissions to view the issues/tickets created by others.
