Pivotal Tracker integration

I was looking at the Pivotal Tracker and Jira integration documentation that is available on the Pivotal Tracker website.

The question is, as per the documentation I am supposed to create a user with name "tracker_integration", but how do I create a new user without sending an invite via email?

You can just create an email address you will use for this user.

To provide more context: you can either ask your IT team/admin to create an email address for the integration user that you will have access to, or use one of the many free email providers and create the email for the integration user yourself.
