Hi @Krish , it depends on what you mean by pin exactly. For example there is the ability to flag it issue which is described in this article - flag-an-issue . There are ways that you can draw attention to an issue within a board. For example, you could use a JQL query to Place an issue in a dedicated swim line or you could use the sidebar colors on the card. if you can be more specific about your definition of pin or more precisely what you hope to achieve I might be able to provide more input.
