This doesn't appear to be related to an Atlassian product or service. The issue seems to concern your organization's care documentation application ("Pflegedoku"), so the Atlassian Community isn't the right place to troubleshoot it.

I'd recommend contacting your organization's IT support team or the vendor that provides the "Pflegedoku" application, as they'll have the necessary context to investigate why the physiotherapists are unable to document for those patients.
