Permissions to Add Stories to a Sprint

Usman M January 14, 2015

I Have a Project Role called Scrum Master and I have given this role Schedule Issues and Edit Issues permissions. But When I log in with a user with this role, I am not able to move a story to a Sprint and I get the error "You cannot perform this operation because you do not have "Schedule" permission". But according to the documentation, The above two permissions are sufficient for a user to add a story to a Sprint. Does anybody have any idea how to actually give the appropriate permissions to the user to add an issue to a Sprint? You cannot perform this operation because you do not have "Schedule" permission. You cannot perform this operation because you do not have "Schedule" permission. You cannot perform this operation because you do not have "Schedule" permission. You cannot perform this operation because you do not have "Schedule" permission.

I had exactly the same problem.

Only way for me to solve it was to add the Schedule Issues permission (in the 'Issue Permissions' section)
