Permission to modify notifications

Is it possible to grant access to a particular user within a project to manage notifications? Or can notifications only be managed by global administrators?

Hello,

Notification schemes can be managed only by Jira administrators.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

No. notification schemes can be used by multiple projects. Only a JIRA admin can modify them.
