Performance management of team members through JIRA reports

Hi JIRA community,
I head HR for a FinTech company, and we use JIRA and the agile concept for sprint planning in our Tech Team. I want to understand how I can get accurate performance reports through JIRA for the individual team members to track metrics like their efficiency, number of SPs completed, Number of issues reopened, number of spillover tasks etc.

Our Great Gadgets app offers many gadget that could be helpful for this.

for example, you could also use the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget to display some of these user stats. with this gadget you can easily generate these metrics and display them in various ways.

Pivot Table

Heatmap Pivot Table

Charts of various types (pie, bar, columns, stacked area, etc)

I'd recommend to monitor team performance metrics like e.g. the releas burnout and velocity charts, and be cautious with using Jira for measuring individual performance, as this may change the dynamics of an Agile team.

I'm not aware of Jira reports for individual performance.
