Performance issue for export feature after upgrading to 8.18.2

Hi,

I have upgraded my Jira Server from 8.11.0 to 8.18.2. I'm geeting major performance when trying to export JQL search using "XLSX(Current fields) or Xporter export from Xporter plugin. any export is ending up with slowness of Jira and at the end Crashing Jira. Can anyone suggest where i can check for issue or how can i resolve this?

I have over 1.8M of issues in Jira.
