People from other countries can not access our jira

Hello Team,

we have 2 instances of jira : PROD and TEST

people from other countries can access PROD but not the test one

mainly we are using same network , same port but only different ip

do you have any idea about it ?

Hi @Pavan 

since you indicate that you use server version of Jira, I can only assume that this is a network issue that has to be adressed by the ones operating your networt, probably your companies IT department or the provider hosting your Jira instance.

This is very likely to be a local issue in your environment, so the community here cannot help you.
