Payment Help Urgent!

Hi!

 

I need help with making my payment, I have been trying to contact the team but the team is very slow to respond. 

 

My invoice date is dated before my PO date and I cannot submit the payment on my end. There is no way I can backdate my PO. 

 

My account is about to be deactivated. 

 

Can someone from atlassian please get back to me asap?

Hi Amanda, how are you?

Since this involves invoice and PO data, the quickest way to resolve this is to speak directly with the Atlassian Billing team through official support.

Access: https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Select the product you use (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)

In the request type, choose the Billing / Payments / Invoices option.

Explain in the ticket:

Invoice number

Invoice date

PO number and date

That you cannot pay an invoice with a date prior to the PO

Ask them to reissue the invoice or adjust the date so you can pay before any deactivation.

If you are a site admin, you can also log in via the admin panel at: https://admin.atlassian.com/ and go to Billing to open a support ticket from there.

Usually, for cases with a risk of deactivation, they prioritize support, so it's worth mentioning in the ticket that your account is about to be deactivated.

If you've never activated the trial for your instance, activate it so you can get some time while you resolve your problem. I've had some issues with client instances and solved them this way.

Hi, 

 

Very frustrated and frantic. I have been reaching out since last week but I get like 1 response a day even though I send up to 4 a day. 

 

Also they mentioned they can't reissue the invoice and I don't understand why. 

 

Can't get much information. That's why I was hoping for a more direct line.

Thank you, will do, have activated the trials on those I can and hope that works because i still see my next bill date as this week. (this is genius thank you)

 

One of my applications cannot go on trial. So i hope they resolve it asap.
