Partner Enablement Issue, Not getting response on my JIRA support tickets

I am unable to access Atlassian Enablement Academy.
Error shown: "We are sorry that account does not exist. Please ensure you have access to this organization."

I am using my company email address, but my account is not provisioned for Enablement Academy.

Please grant my Atlassian account access to Enablement Academy / Student Catalog.

Also regarding this I have raised multiple tickets on JIRA support portal but i didn't get any responses from any Atlassian agent till now. Its been 30 days as of now.

what we can do on this? also the org email I'm using is the platinum partner of Atlassian.

Hi @Paras Sachan ,

If you're a Platinum partner, I believe there should be a dedicated partner manager from the Atlassian side who you can contact in situations like this 👀

Now, I was not much into this (partner management) within our company, but I know we always had a specific point of contact who would escalate things. 

Are there any people within your company who are communicating with Atlassian regularly? If so, they could probably reach out and check what's going on with your account. 👈
