We recently migrated from DC to Cloud and are definitely finding some growing pains. Also this might just be my own ignorance.
I am very familiar with Automation for Jira and have recently set up a new rule. I have a type of issue that needs the assignee, component, and Epic set on creation. I have used the Parent field, as I know Epic was deprecated in Cloud and I turned off the notifications for this rule so it doesn't spam us.
Every time I make a new ticket, I get an email that tells me the parent was updated. So it's listening to the "don't notify" for assignee and component, but for some reason is still sending them for parent. Is there somewhere else I need to update the notifications for parent?
I am the site admin on an enterprise instance, but do not have global admin permissions.
