Parent Link is no longer show in excel extraction

Previously, when exporting reports to Excel (either using excel csv or csv format), the parent Jira code (e.g., EWXXX) would appear in one column, followed by the parent's name in the next column. However, now it is displaying a different code that starts with a 3 (e.g., 320053) instead of Jira code. Does anyone know why this change has occurred?
