Parent Issue's transition depending on more than one subtask's status

Hi everyone,

I have a workflow where a transition is dependent on the status of a sub-task. My problem is that I might want to reopen my issue after a while, and I would want to create a new sub-task for my issue, but Jira only takes into account the status of the first sub-task I created, and ignores the newest one. Is there a way I can configure Jira so that it takes into account only the newest sub-task created? 

Btw I'd like to achieve this without using any addons.
