We are Jira business users, our tickets are not visible on the panel board, but when we enter the ticket number in the search section, it appears as a general problem as a panel, can the authorized person contact me?
Hi Mübeccel - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Can you posts some screenshots of what you are seeing? (Please obscure any sensitive data).
As an example, I shared ypay to you, the same happens in other projects, unfortunately, the tickets are not completely visible and disappear from the board. We have many projects, but only 13 of them seem to be active, if we know the ticket number and search, we can observe it.

There are many tickets, for example, we have reached 216 in the number of tickets, it seems ridiculous to see 11 to do when there is so much history, what kind of update can we do?

If those other tickets are in the Done status, that status disappears from the board automatically, after 2 weeks.
The other tickets might be attached to a different workflow. Click the 3 dots More button on the top right, then choose workflow. Choose another workflow if there is one, you should see the tickets then.

I mean, it is like the error in the example in the figure, although we have 119 active jobs, it makes a restricted display.

the biggest example qnb share board 119 even though I have a job task, it doesn't appear in the workflow (to do), I can only know and access the existing ticket if I search in the search section.

Did you follow my steps above to see if there are other workflows?
Also, what is the issue type for card 119? And do you have multiple workflows in the workflow scheme for the project?

Yes, there is, of course, when I want to tell you, we checked and we can't see our current tickets on the dashboard, we request support on this issue, I'm not an individual user, we use it with a team for our business.

You have not answered my questions. What is the issue type of the 119 card? What status is it in?
When you go to the board, and click the More button and select workflow associated with that issue type, do you see the card on the board?
Please include some screenshots.

In the images I have added, this information is available, I have framed it in red. Are the images I added not showing?

Okay, now we are getting somewhere. :-) Thank you for sharing that.
So this appears to me to be a Company-managed Jira Software project and 119 is a Task issue type in the In Review Prov status which should be mapped to the In Review Prod column on the board. Can you confirm all of that?
Next if the In Review Prov status is indeed mapped to the In Review Prod column and the board and the issue is not showing, then we need to look at the filter for the board.
Click the 3 dots menu and choose Board settings (probably something like Pano ayarları).
Look at the Filter Query to see if there is anything there that would cause the 119 card not to show on the board.
If there is no problem there, scroll to the bottom and look at the Sub-filter to see if there is anything there that might cause it not to show up. Many times the sub-filter looks like this: fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY
And when cards don't show on the board, they often have a value in the Fix Versions field. I can't tell from your screen prints if that is the case, but I suspect that might be the problem. If there is a value in that field, clear out the value and the card should appear on the board.
