POST - https://<BASE_URL>/rest/servicedesk/1/customer/models return 500

Hi,

I am managing Jira SD but completely new to this error. I have Jira 4.4.2 and Jira Software 8.4.2.

There are few users who have started getting this POST - https://<BASE_URL>/rest/servicedesk/1/customer/models return 500 error only on very specific issues but there is nothing strange about them.

I have also attached the screenshot of the error. Any help would be really appreciated...
