PARENT ISSUES NOT EPIC

Hey everyone.

Need your help, I have a story issue linked to a project board with 5 epics and a story.

So my goal id to relate or link that one issue story in that project board to the story issue outside the project board.
My issue is that I can only relate that issue in the board with epics, I cannot relate with another kind of issues.

Can you help ?

To create non hierarchical links between issues, you can use the issue link functionality. Issue links allow you to create relationships between issues to suit your businesses specific needs. They can be great for defining a order of tasks, or linking outcomes to actions
