Outlook plugin issue

In outlook I have installed Add-in Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official).

After installation in menu I click "view issues" then  I log in and later I get this message,

Hi @Tadas ,

I have not experienced this or seen in the Community. I would suggest contacting Atlassian support.
