Hello,
I have Jira Software 8.3 on Windows Server 2012 r2, in the architecture: 1 application server + 1 database server + 1 exchange server. All servers are in one domain.
My problem occurs when I try to configure outgoing mail via SMTP.
I connect to port 25 and receive the message:
"Server fails to start with exception java.net.SocketException: Permission denied
SEVERE: StandardServer.await: create [localhost: 8080]:
java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: listen failed "
I used https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/server-fails-to-start-with-exception-java-net-socketexception-permission-denied-586875633.html?utm_medium=logScan&utm_source=STP
unfortunately it did not bring the expected effect.

From the application server, I have the option of sending anonymously over port 25.

Do you have any ideas on how to solve the problem?
Thank you in advance for your help.
