Is it possible that when you have activated the TLS in the configuration of the email output, the name of the user sending the email is lost, that is to say that all the emails arrive with the same origin account and not with the user's name?
Hey Agar, welcome to the Community!
I wouldn't expect enabling TLS in outgoing mail (SMTP) to cause the "From:" name to change. Do you notice that with TLS disabled, using plain non-encrypted SMTP over port 25 that the same issue occurs?
If possible, would you be able to provide the part of the email headers that show the "From:" for both emails that seem to be working (over non-encrypted SMTP if that's working for you) and over TLS-enabled SMTP?
Thanks,
Daniel
