Other choice instead of "Issue"

Would like to ask whether or not we should have choices to change the term "Issue" in the Jira, some poeple might like to use "Case" or "Ticket" or some other terms instead of "Issue".  (Issue just sound kinda negative or angry word to people like me, haha.)
