we are an IT service company. Currently we have organized our projects with clients in Jira Software and Jira Work Management project. So for each client we do have a project, depeding on the complexity is a Software or Work Management project.
On the other hand we centers of excellents inside our company. So Team with different skill sets.
They wan rather all issue for their team in one view, while the project manager want everything for on client in one view.
What's the best setup in Terms of security, usability?
P.S. For small request we use Jira Service Management and we like that we can use the internal commenting which and have an easy and license free setup for the clients, which we do not have with the other solutions.
