We have started to use the JSM Organizations module quite recently but we still have issues to have the proper information displayed on issue screen:
And when I follow the link so see detail fields I got my configuration:
Closing led me on the details view, which is correct...
Now if I go back to my issue page...
Is there a known issue about caching somewhere? Am I doing something wrong?
We don't have detail fields at customer level, so it is not an issue, but not having the detail fields at organization level really kills the added value of this module...
Click "Manage work item view", and you can select what fields to display on the issue.
