I subscribed to a lot of issues on the Minecraft bug tracker a few years ago and I'm still receiving daily emails and I don't want to anymore.
Is there an option to turn off all email notifications?
My preferences page doesn't have such an option:
Hello @tem,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When we watch some issues, the only way to not receive updates anymore is by not watching them anymore or if the administrator disables outgoing emails.
Currently, there is no option on the profile to disable the notifications when using Jira Server, but since you don't want to receive notifications for a specific project, you can filter the issues and bulk "Stop watching issues" (depending on the permission you have).
Go to your profile and click on Filters > Watched. You will be redirected to the search issues page and it will show all tickets that you are currently watching. Then just add AND project = "project".
After that, click on Tools > Bulk change all X issues > Select issues > Next > Stop watching issues > Next > Confirm.
If you don't see the option to bulk change issues, then it's necessary to check your permissions with the administrator.
Hope this helps!
If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
I don't have that option, so I will try to set up a filter for my email inbox instead. Thanks.
