I am looking to understand what the optimal setup is within JIRA for a service oriented team. We have the following small teams
Web App
Compliance
Integrations
Data
Ideally, each "services team" can have their own backlog but easily have aggregated views as sometimes team-members could have a few items/tickets across multiple teams.
Each team should also have their own view of their sprint, but can see all tickets across all parallel sprints.
My first thought was separate projects for each "service team" but that could make it hard to see tickets across parallel sprints. There are also "multiple boards" per project which seems to offer some help but unclear how to use.
Does anyone have a similar setup for small teams with a bit of overlap? Would love to hear your productive setup.
