Oops - an error has occurred when my first login jira with username and password.

Hello,

I install the jira (version:7.3.0), then config on the web page.

An error has occurred when I click the NEXT button on Set up administrator account page.

Here is the screenshot of the error.

Please help me to solve this problem.
