Only get some Jira activity and not all in MS Teams?

I configured my Microsoft Teams channel to view Jira activity for a particular project using the WebHooks feature in Jira. Specifically, I configured it to capture created/modified/deleted issues and comments. However, MS Teams is only showing when a comment is added (not modified nor deleted). And no issue creation/modification/deletion activity is showing. 

I can clearly see that all of these event types are configured in the WebHook configuration. 

Does anyone have any idea why just some of the configured events aren't coming through and not all configured event types?

UPDATE -- I observed today that that the issue created event is now also showing up in my MS Teams activity stream. However, I did not make any change to the Jira WebHook configuration nor the Microsoft Teams configuration. 

The issue update and issue deletion events are still not showing up in the MS Teams activity stream. 

Has anyone else seen this strange behavior with their Jira WebHook / MS Teams integration? Any idea how to troubleshoot?
