One user is add in many groups (such as: group1, group2, group3) , so how many license is counted ?

Hi all,

My company billing 200 users jira ( upgrade from 100 users -> 200 users).

however, one user account is add into many groups.

The account export is 110 users but I cannot add more any user from User management screen.

We using the cloud Atlassian

Who can answer for me that issue.

you can have one user in as many group you like and he/she will counted as one user in your license.

There may be some other issue with user management screen or you are missing some users in export.

however, the number of exported users is less  than the billing account's number, but I cannot still add new account as well.

How can I do in the case.

Oh! I think you should contact Atlassian Support, there might some issue with your site.
