I will verify internally with our standard support team if any e-mail is being blocked for the account nsarva@arrow.com and will reach back to you as soon as I have an answer.
In this meantime, please ask the user to:
1 - Ask the user to the Spam folder of his e-mail
2 - Whitelist in his firewall and e-mail server all the outbound e-mail addresses from Atlassian Cloud described in this documentation and try to resend the reset password e-mail again:
