One Workflow with different behaviours within different projects

Dear all, 

Following challenge: 

We have for different products different projects for the Product Management & Development. All are going through the same structure (same issue type, same workflows...) 

Now the requirement came in, that for the Epic Workflow the mandatory fields should be variable based on the project. 

We have e.g. the "Definition of Ready field" and the "Definition of Done" which gets mandatory within JSU config while processing. 

Some products don't follow this accurate and just checkmark everything. Can we put this validator dependent on project key?

you could do that putting in place Behaviour provided by Script Runner.

If you have scriptrunner, a scripted Validator or behaviour can be used to achieve this.

But if there are many such deviations, you could create workflows specific to projects. Unless you have reasons not to..

Thanks for commenting. 

As this is a central workflow for all DEV departments and we have more than 20 products, I don't want to change 20 workflows, in case there are changes coming :D I hope to find a centralized way :)
